There are three main components to these systems:

Extruders - Massive Dimension has built a range of extruders that will withstand and perform to your highest expectations. The pellet extruders offer increased output for larger layer heights and widths, dramatically reducing overall print time on larger parts. MD extruders are compatible with a huge range of thermoplastic pellets, which offer significant economical advantages over utilizing filament feedstock. They are capable of handling various thermoplastics, including PLA, PP, PC, ABS, ASA, TPE, TPU, EV A, Nylon, PEEK, and Ultem. Additionally, they can accommodate these thermoplastics with or without structural fillers such as carbon fiber strands, glass fiber strands, or other fillers.

Robots - Choose a cobot-based system for a faster, easier entry into robotic printing with a compact footprint and lower deployment complexity. Or select an industrial robotic system when you need more reach, payload, build size, throughput, or customization, including rotary positioners, linear tracks, and post-processing tools. A variety of robots can be used; even, possibly, one you already own!

Printing Cells - MD offers a wide variety of heated print bed sizes from 22" x 22" up to 6.5' x 13'.
